Arthur Soap / Lotion Dispenser

Soap flies out and goes everywhere even if you push lightly. Not the best

The Dispenser Chrome Part is Cheap Plastic would be much better in Metal. The Soap holder is weighted very Good

Slick design and great quality

I wanted this item to dispense washing-up liquid (much nicer looking than those big plastic bottles and stops you using too much of the concentrated liquid) and it sits nicely in my kitchen and fits in with the décor (see first pic). It's nice and heavy and the pump action is smooth. I'm less impressed with the VERY sticky branding band the manufacturers put around it (see second pic) which took me some time to get off in its entirety - surely a swing ticket attached around the neck would do the job and look classier? But the real Wooden Spoon Award goes to the courier who delivered it (see third pic of crushed box). Oh the irony of the "Fragile" sticker on the box! Fortunately, the item was very well packaged in a large box so was undamaged. To summarise, I am very happy with the product, hence the five stars. :)

Fast delivery but the top is plastic and very flimsy. Later realised that B&Q do exactly the same product for £4.00 less and using metal top of much higher quality.
