Have been looking for a wooden Bathroom Cabinet for ages & just stumbled upon Wayfair website. Thank goodness I did. Lovely Bathroom Cabinet with plenty of space!!

Beautiful cabinet - lovely solid material and looks lovely in my bathroom. However, once it was up, my fitter was unable to close one of the doors as two of the door magnetic catches were broken. I emailed have Wayfair and within two days they sent me a replacement cabinet ! I was only hoping and expecting replacement door catches but this was a lovely gesture and unexpected ! Top rate customer care and service - thank you Wayfair.

The major drawback to the cabinet is that there is only one shelf inside, hence providing only two platforms for the contents. The appearance of the actual Cabinet is 'heavier' than the illustration above. It is not beautifully or expensively made as the recent TV advertisements seemed to me to imply but it is adequate. There were no instructions with the Cabinet. One of the doors had a loop of synthetic thread. I presumed I should pull it to open the door, however the door did not open as easily as I had expected. (That finally turned out to be because it was held shut by magnets). Consequently I decided I was meant to cut the thread, which I did. The doors could not easily be opened. I emailed Wayfair outlining the problem. To date I have not receive a reply to that. I finally opened to doors with a fine blade about which I was concerned may cause damage to the doors. Inside I found the door knobs. When I fitted these to the doors it became apparent that the threaded studs (or screws) were too long. I emailed Wayfair and sent a photograph of the problem. I expected to receive new threaded studs. Instead I was sent a complete Cabinet which had two of the casings for the closure magnets smashed. However it did have appropriately sized threaded studs. Wayfair told me that the cabinet I had first received could be given away with the implication that I should used the one with the damaged closure magnet casings. Clearly that made no sense so I took the knobs from the second cabinet and used them on the first. The second cabinet I did find someone who was willing to look for new closure magnets and make use of it.
