This order was received by my neighbour as I was out, we didn’t even unpack this as you can see the blind is badly bent. How do I return and can you send me a replacement?

Good fit and quality, material thicker than expected

Have given this 1 star as there is no option for 0 stars. Blind arrived badly damaged, damaged, covered in mould and stinking if damp.bthe box had been opened and the fittings were missing. This did not happen in transit as the outer packaging was fine. I am appauled that it was dispatched in this state and leaving me with the task of disposing of it as they did not want it back. Still awaiting a refund.
