Large French Wine Château Wall Clock - 49.6cm

When I purchased this clock, over 2 years ago I was delighted. Unfortunately, it has faded drastically and the front has peeled off the back. The clock is now unusable. I contacted customer service, they informed me that as it was out of the guarantee period they were unable to help. I explained that I would expect an item to lady longer than 2 years, they advised there was nothing they could do and weren’t even interested in viewing the photos. This was a clock that was golden brown in colour. VERY disappointing customer service.

Lovely clock to begin with, then after no time at all, the face peels off from the back plate. This product probably cost about £5 to make and is selling at over £20. It has turned out to be a cheap and nasty purchase, I wish I had looked elsewhere. If its cheap to buy, there is normally a reason for it being so!
