This mirror was purchased 3 weeks ago and is really badly made - mitred joints were gaping slightly. We accepted a partial refund as we had destroyed the packaging and didnt expect the whole thing to collapse. We got up this morning to find the bottom rail had fallen out and mirror dropped down.( see images) We really find this unacceptable especially as this was an expensive mirror. It Is there anything you can do about this.
