Absolutely shocking the state these arrived in, look like someone’s had them for years and the kids have been playing with them. Scratched to death all over the swan necks and heads and lots of the crystals missing sand others ready to fall off. This item should never have left the warehouse where it came off the production line, obviously that supplier has no quality control, could actually see all the scratches through the window of the box so don’t understand why the picker still sent it out. Shame because without the damage and if the crystals were more stable it would be beautiful. Sad to have to mark so low but I’ve explained my reasons and pointless getting another sent out as I suspect it’ll turn up in the same state.

Slightly smaller than expected and very light and would need positioning in low movement area
