Faywood Sheer Curtain

Brought these curtains with the packaging and web page stating 1 pair of curtains and 2 tie backs What I actually received was 1 curtain 1 tie back Contacted customer services who requested a replacement curtain to get an email from dispatch which is included in the attached photo I then contacted customer services again and stated that the packaging stipulates what you are meant to be receiving this being 1pair of curtains 2 tie backs and that this is false advertising and obtaining money by deception and I wanted the other curtain The agent who spoke to me ordered a whole new set of curtains to be sent to be with a different size not the size they claimed only had 1 panel for it to take days for them to dispatch that I got an email from way fair again asking for my patience as they were working hard to resolve the issue. Getting back to the point the new set arrived and guess what happened on the packaging it stated again 1 pair of curtains 2 tie backs in reality what did I receive though 1 curtain 1 tie back !!! Be careful when ordering these as you don’t want to have the issues I have had The curtains are very thick and are genuinely black out curtains though which is a good point and they are stunning in person the image they use on here gives the curtains no justice compared to seeing them in person.
