Wood Decorative Bowl 1

I ordered this bowl with the understanding that each one has its own unique shape and what's attracted me to it. I received it and it looked like a mistake was made in manufacturing. Part of its "circular" shape literally made a 90 degree angle. It really looked damaged although it wasn't. I was able to request a replacement bowl and I was told that the manufacturer would try to choose the most "round" one for me. Well I received the new one today and it looks very disappointing. I've already re-boxed it so I don't have a photo. It still has a strange "flat" side and there's substantial size gashes in the wood. It really looks like this seller has a sloppy manufacturing process and even worse quality assurance process. I would avoid this bowl until quality improves. Or at the very least, the advertisement should reflect what these bowls ACTUALLY look like, and not this round handmade bowl. The advertisement is a bit misleading and it should lean more into how each unique piece can look very very different - even provide more photos of various examples. Some customers would appreciate that. But I'm not one of them.
