Fantastic, especially with the temperature dip we have at the moment. As advertised, it has a foil inside and it reflects your heat back at you. It's the main body that has the foil (front and back) not the arms or hoodie. It does feel like it settles a bit weirder on the body compared to a regular hoodie or snoodie, probably because of the foil but it's not uncomfortable.
