The item I purchased was not good. But I rang to complain and I hope you can identify the person I spoke to. He quickly refunded my account. Apologised for any inconvenience. During this process he was absolutely delightful. Can't praise him enough, he made my day. Hope you will be able to pass this on to him. Although I didn't like my purchase this time.
