No good with batteries in. Any loud noise made the clock stop working. Works well plugged in .

A quirky little clock. I wanted something that doesn’t tick or shines through the night and this is ideal. I bought the teal one to go with the room. A little tap on the bedside cabinet when I want to check the time and it lights up.
