I ordered a photo ring binder with adhesive inserts and only received the inserts and no binder. I spoke to customer service who assured me a binder would be sent, but only another set of inserts have turned.up. I spoke to customer service again who said they would definitely send the binder out,I'm still waiting. This is poor service and was my 1st time of using wayfair, very disappointed
