Good quality will last for years, worth the money, it’s plug in not battery powered (I’d recommend battery as I had to buy an extension lead) or if plug in works for your if recommend this one - I decorated mine and you can see the finished result

Bought for my stairs and should fit perfectly next year. Only disappointment to the product is the length of the wire from the end of the garland to plug as it's not very long for plugging in the lights. Weirdly- it also comes with a travel adaptor plug.
