Brilliant in this cold weather. Dual heating and fast warm up. Highly recommend.

The blanket worked for 2 days ,but now it’s only heating up at the bottom NOT the whole blanket. Very disappointed so will be sending it back.

This is amazing! 9 settings, 2 timers, 2 separate heaters (one for each side)... I dont know what I did before having this!

In your email dated the 28th. November you stated that my order had been delivered. I regard this statement as a false statement because my order was not delivered to me. I received a txt message from the courier company DHL telling me that my order had been delivered to a ServicePoint. The ServicePoint is some distance from my home so I now have to go to the trouble of getting to the ServicePoint to collect my order within nine days. Before the delivery date I received a txt message from DHL telling me the time at which they were going to deliver my order. I was at home at the time DHL allotted for delivery. On the day of delivery I received no notice of any kind telling me about the delivery so I have to question exactly what measures, if any, DHL took to attempt delivery of my goods to me. There is a delivery box by the front door of the building in which I live, so if for some reason I had not been able to answer the door to accept delivery the delivery driver could have put my order in the delivery box by the front door. Other delivery drivers have done this before and it has worked well.
