Hour hand was dangling loose. It was also slightly bent, the minute hand kept catching the hour hand so they ended up moving together. Luckily i was able to fix it by bending two forks and squeezed through the roman numerals from the back, popped the hand back into place and bent it back into shape. Works fine now but it was tricky to fix. It does look amazing and i love the moving gears.

I’d been looking for something like this for a while, the reviews on other sites for similar clocks weren’t great, I wanted the feel in weight as well as the movement with the cogs whilst on display and this purchase was just that The clogs are so relaxing to watch everyone that visits complements it. Only down side is the fingers and the backdrop of the clock are very similar in colour which makes it quite tricky to read the time so I’d recommend hanging in a well lit corner of the room or buy it a wall light to hover above it.

Item arrived quickly , but was slighty damaged, not from packing , but from manufacture. Uploaded pictures to Wayfair as per their request and was offered full refund, replacement or discount to keep. All handled quickly with clear speaking agents that actually answered quite quickly too. I only gave 4 star due to damaged item as this isn't the first time we have recieved damaged goods from manufacture.

Well I think it’s amazing... the feel of the clock and the quality of it is top notch very happy with the clock and it looks amazing
