These voile garlands are suitable for net wire, rod, or curtain poles up to 28mm (3cm) in diameter. The width and the drops of the garlands will vary due to how they are gathered, but on average they are 22 "(76cm) wide x 18" (53cm) drop. The picture shows the garlands and two voile panels on either side. To create the effect on the photo, you'll need to use two rods; one for the panels (sold on separate entry) and one for the garlands.
