It was exactly as described. I have used it for several weeks now and is a great support for me when using my elliptical machine while seated on my couch with this item as a back support. It is a quality product. Quick shipment.

The picture is where the button disappeared and left a big hole. I had talked to a person name Bobbi there were to send me another Pillow. Never received it. My honest opinion is don’t buy pillow does not do the things they say. It awkward to move around. I want to send it all back. I received the replacement pillow. I had such a hard time sending it back. They said to send back damaged in package the replacement came in. It would not fit. I went through so much getting it back. If I could send back the replacement I would. Don’t buy it.

Super soft pillow comes air pressed for easy packaging and popped right into its size without dents being the fabric is kind of like a velvet but softer in my opinion with less nap to it which is just as pretty as silk velvet to look at and feel. I like you can hand wash this easily and even toss the pillow cover in the delicate wash cycle and I recommend air drying it and not putting it in a dryer to avoid it shrinking or being less soft being you will be leaning on it you dont want its zipper opening from shrinkage or heat damage.
