Whilst customer services have been outstanding, this is the third mirror ordered. 1st went missing at depot, 2nd arrived damaged frame snapped and shattered. The 3rd arrived today damaged again as pictures show. Same place. Packaging not damaged so warehouse issues I guess. So disappointed as mirror is beautiful. Again I must say customer services have been outstanding.

This is a great size of mirror and it looks good but even the frame is glass and ours broke very easily about 3 days after we got it… It’s beautiful and huge but I wouldn’t purchase it again.
