I then asked to return it and was offered a cheaper price to keep it. I declined the offer and got the shipping label and the mirror would be picked up. I waited in all day for them to pick it up and they never turned up. I got onto customer services (although you can't actually speak with a person, it's just text and whats app messages). I was apologised to and was told it would be picked up on a different day. Again I waited in all day and nobody turned up. I tried to message them again but they ignored my messages and I never got a reply. After trying to arrange another return myself I was told on my account page that I couldn't return it as it was an open box. This was never mentioned when I ordered it and why did they not say this originally, rather than asking me if I wanted to keep it a cheaper price. I'm still trying to get into contact with them, but again being ignored. On my account it is now saying I am returning it and they are charging me of £70 postage and are refunding me just over £1. Large size, nice shape but feels very flimsy and cheap. Also the mirror itself is not a true reflection and it is speckled, like the actual mirror reflective (aluminium?) had not been applied correctly. Not worth the money being asked. Will return.. Dawn. Norwich, GB. Sat Jun 06 2026
