We had one and it cracked all on its own. Wayfair sent a replacement and now the same has happened with this one. They very kindly offered a refund but twice now our plants, soil, sand etc have been covered in glass so we lost the money for all of those and they had to be thrown away. TWICE. Whilst Wayfair have given a refund they will not offer compensation for the loss of soil, plants, sand, stones etc.. Anonymous. Sat Mar 08 2025

I was under the impression I was buying it new, and it looked like someone had already had a go and then sent it back before I received it.
