The ordering process was incredibly easy and my previous experience with Wayfair has been good. Ordered and paid for a king size duvet cover and pillow cases and was sent a single in error. I called through and spoke to an advisor who apologised and confirmed a replacement would be sent out immediately and that I could keep the single and give away or gift out which was unexpected.
