Hello, i've just received this last picture this morning. Unfortunately the main part is totally broken.. i've seen that when i've opened the packing box. What do i have to do to get my money back ? see attached the photos of the picture which is broken despite the packing box is good. Also i saw on colisexpact website that when they received it the first time the packing was a bit opened. I'm sorry to say that but i really need my money back as i've spent a lot of money (product + delivering taxes + custom duties..) and it's broken.. and i've lost my job almost two months ago.. British watercolor artist Aimee del Valle now lives and works in a rural village in France, near Paris. Her early life was spent heavily immersed in the world of theatre and dance, and this provided plenty of inspiration for her other passion; drawing and painting. When Amy wasn’t dancing, she was sketching people, especially dancers, an interest encouraged by her two naturally artistic parents. Dance and the human form remain a strong influence in Aimee's work, and her exquisite ballerinas, portraits and nudes express raw human emotion and feelings using brisk, expressive brushwork. Lieferung dauerte etwas länger. Das Glasbild war leider total zerbrochen. Nach Reklamation bei der Kundenbetreuung, mussten wir es nicht zurückschicken, sondern einfach entsorgen und der Kaufbetrag wurde uns sofort gutgeschrieben. Ein schönes Wandbild.
