Large (496mm) old Swiss clockmakers's dial, non pendulum. The parchment colour of the dial gives this clock its realistic antique feel.

It’s a good solid and very attractive clock, exactly the size I wanted. One AA Battery and full instructions on changing the time, ( if only I’d had instructions like this with my previous lovely similar clock when the clocks went forward perhaps the hands wouldn’t have fallen off). I’ve only just put it up on wall, so can’t comment on its longevity, but I’m very happy with quality and appearance.. Susie. Hatfield Peverel Chelmsford, GB. Fri Apr 10 2026

The Howard miller decorative quartz carmen wall clock has an elegant design with exceptional features. This wall clock has a pendulum and also features some beautiful designs on the top and bottom. This wrought-iron clock has cast decorative designs with ornamentation on the corners. The clock has a warm grey finish with dusty wax highlights that enhance the beauty of the overall structure of the clock. The hands have a serpentine style that complements the clock’s style. This clock has cherry-finished wood columns that provide a warm accent on each side. The pendulum has cast designs with dusty wax highlights that blend with the case. So bring home this wall clock and mount it in any of your favourite rooms to make it a focal point whenever guests arrive.

Pendulum was too light weight so it banged against the sides. You will need some foam tape to soften the noise caused by the pendulum hitting the sides or something to attach to the pendulum to weigh it down a bit to prevent it from swinging so much. Other than this issue, it is a beautiful Howard Miller clock.. Le. CA. Mon Jul 04 2022
