Roger Lascelles Clocks Beige Wall Clocks

The Radio Controlled Wall Clock is a simple timepiece synchronized with the radio frequency transmitter in the UK time zone. Encased in a circular plastic frame, this wall clock is covered with high-quality glass for optimum protection. The black Arabic numerals on the white dial give a high contrast whilst facilitating easy readability. Perfect for the home or office, the Radio Controlled Wall Clock has hassle-free installation.

I bought this clock on sale, so not full price. All modern wall clocks seem to have a large face with a small battery operated, plastic cog mechanism, encased in plastic shell behind. This clock is no different. Ultimately the cogs wear out but should hopefully last a fair few years. The clock face on mine was actually white, unlike pictures shown by some other reviewers where the face is slightly yellow. The clock bezel is a shiny chrome which does attract finger print marks when handled, but can be wiped clean. As other reviewers have stated, the clock is slightly smaller than the quoted 36cm diameter. There were no paper instructions as such, but inserting a battery and leaving the clock near a window for 15 minutes allowed it to correctly set the time using the long wave radio signal. Overall this is a lovely clock, with a clear, clean display, and would make a statement in most rooms. Time will tell how well it lasts, but the 2 year guarantee included with my clock is reassuring.. Spike. Harpenden. Fri Nov 21 2025

Large (496mm) old Swiss clockmakers's dial, non pendulum. The parchment colour of the dial gives this clock its realistic antique feel.

It’s a good solid and very attractive clock, exactly the size I wanted. One AA Battery and full instructions on changing the time, ( if only I’d had instructions like this with my previous lovely similar clock when the clocks went forward perhaps the hands wouldn’t have fallen off). I’ve only just put it up on wall, so can’t comment on its longevity, but I’m very happy with quality and appearance.. Susie. Hatfield Peverel Chelmsford, GB. Fri Apr 10 2026

Reminiscent of traditional watches, this one has a heavily distressed finish that imparts it with a hint of antiquity. The analogue display of this timepiece has Roman numerals, which account for effortless readability. Mounting of the Antique London Wall Clock is hassle-free, and requires a sturdy nail or hook to stay in place.

Lascelles Classic wall clock with Roman numbers and a cream case. The clock captures the essence of the Art Deco period making it a fine addition to any interior.

Very attractive clock. I chose it because it has a metal, rather than plastic, surround, and has elegant vintage detailing on the clock hands. Delivery took about 4 days. The price was ok though not what I would call a bargain. My only niggle is that the clock and frame come as separate pieces - the clock face has to be secured into the frame at the back by means of 3 strong 'U' shaped wires supplied, which fit between the clock itself and the outer edge of the frame. Trying to get these in place was a bit of a struggle, as you have to force the 'legs' of the wires apart in order to fit them under the rim of the metal frame to ensure the necessary tension, and you have to make sure the 'XII" on the face stays in line with the hanging hole while you are working with the back of the clock, as the face cannot be moved within the frame after the wires are in place, but once done it felt very secure, the clock looked great and I'm very happy with it..
