Was very well packaged, regular updates with dispatching and came on the day it was scheduled for, it was actually 2 hours earlier than the 2 hour slot I was expecting with DHL. Comes with a plug already attached but has instructions on how you should attach to mains electricity instead if you choose. The touch buttons are always lit up so you can see them in the dark, making it always easy to turn on. Large mirror which will work well in my salon. I thought it would only work if it was wired into an outlet, but this has a cord to plug in which was a great surprise. The mirror light does not get as bright as other vanity’s with mirrors I have had in the past but still works well. I love the back lights and when all the lights are set to color they rotate or “dance” around the back which is fun.
