We were so excited to get our new picture but alas that soon turned to dissapointment on seeing the reality of our actual purchase from you at Wayfair. The colours were not really the same as we had seen from your advertisement and it also lacked the clarity and definition depicted. All considered it is of very ropey standards and as a first time user of Wayfair we could hardly recommend you as a quality outlet to anyone. We will hopefully be able to send back the picture to you and if you take the time to look at the item comparing it with your advertisement you could not fail to see what I'm talking about..
