Whilst the first mirror arrived smashed, they were really prompt at replacing it within a matter of days. Its a lovely simple but elegant mirror. We like this mirror a lot. We have the blue version , silver braid finish. We requested this by phone and received an email confirmation of the request. In the item listing photo some of the edge glass looks black but its actually dark blue which again we like. The mirror is very well made and looks beautiful in our small cloakroom.
