This item looked nothing like the pictures, it was cheap and nasty looking, and would've been more fitting sold in a bargain discount store. Returns near on impossible unless you have a printer. I asked forward QR code to return the item, and they still sent me a label to print, even though I specifically said I couldn't print a label. Was then told UPS could collect it , it was only after it was collected and the refund came through that they charged me nearly £20 to collect it. Absolutely disgusting,. Lindsay. Stafford, GB.
