Love the item but very disappointed that a zip is busted on one of the covers and the response I got was I can have a 5% refund and keep the item. It’s going to cost me more than that to get the zip fixed. I don’t want to send them back as I will be without cushions then and I need the padding. Very very disappointed. Sandra . Somerset.
