The top section was virtually flat and it’s taken some time to look just ok. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of sending it back, as I assumed this was probably how they all are. One star is being generous but sadly they dont let you submit without selecting as a minimum one star. The wrong coloured item was sent twice, and they have still not sent the correct item. I ordered the natural and white option not grey and white! Its taken me days to find the right contact information to complain and then their response is to ask me to pay more money to return the incorrect items! When you're done, simply squash it back down to its small size to store it in the smallest of spaces, taking up 70% less space than a traditional laundry basket.
