Glass Lakes & Rivers Wall Art

Hello, i've just received this last picture this morning. Unfortunately the main part is totally broken.. i've seen that when i've opened the packing box. What do i have to do to get my money back ? see attached the photos of the picture which is broken despite the packing box is good. Also i saw on colisexpact website that when they received it the first time the packing was a bit opened. I'm sorry to say that but i really need my money back as i've spent a lot of money (product + delivering taxes + custom duties..) and it's broken.. and i've lost my job almost two months ago..
