Hello, i've just received this last picture this morning. Unfortunately the main part is totally broken.. i've seen that when i've opened the packing box. What do i have to do to get my money back ? see attached the photos of the picture which is broken despite the packing box is good. Also i saw on colisexpact website that when they received it the first time the packing was a bit opened. I'm sorry to say that but i really need my money back as i've spent a lot of money (product + delivering taxes + custom duties..) and it's broken.. and i've lost my job almost two months ago.. Thank you for your understanding. Anonymous. Mon May 26 2025

High-resolution glass image, this special wall art is made of real glass! The razor-sharp print is enjoying ever greater popularity among home enthusiasts. Enjoy the most beautiful and popular themes from the collection! Wide range of decorative glass wall art prints for every interior! Our products impress with their extraordinary 3D depth effect and strong and rich colours. We ensure colour fastness through UV protection. Product is made of 4 mm safety tempered glass, which is scratch, impact, smudge and waterproof. The product comes with a factory mounted hanging device and spacers for a floating effect. The multifunctionality of the picture allows it to be hung in the kitchen, living room and even bathroom. Size: 100x70cm. Hints: The glass print will be made freshly and only for you.A pre-mounted suspension (two adhesive plates on the back) and spacers are supplied. Please note that screens of various manufacturers are each set differently, so the colours of the ordered picture may differ from colours on your display.Note also that you buy a picture made of float glass and that the offered themes with material textures like "textiles", "wood grain", "brushed steel", "brick wall" are only printed. The safety glass can not and should not be cut to size. In safety glass, any subsequent processing inevitably leads to the destruction of the glass plate.
