For a contemporary alternative to curtains, this blackout pleated blind keeps out the sun in the mornings and allows you greater control throughout the day. The blind can be opened from both top and bottom depending upon the progress of light through the day, and it has a clamp fix system that attaches directly to a window without drilling any holes in the wall or ceiling. It is room darkening with a draw cord and is made from 100% polyester.

Luckily the set up was straight forward (instructions were in German, but had pictures). I have used the blind on the opening window on a door. The clamps that hold it onto the frame stick out more than I expected and one in particular is close to the door handle and scratches my hand when I lift the handle. Roller blinds are made of a textile fabric and can be wound up and down through a metal shaft. Roller blinds create a cosy and homely interior. The side-pull roller blind is one of the most valued interior sun protection systems. The blind is operated via a side pulley with a ball chain. This brings the shaft easily and steplessly to the desired extension length. The roller blind can be attached to the wall or ceiling with the included blind mount and the chain hoist can be mounted on the right as well as on the left side. The friendly and bright colours of our fabric selection give you plenty of scope to realise your creative space ideas. The chain hoist can be mounted on the right side as well as on the left side. Please note: There must always be two to three rolls of fabric on the roller blind shaft as the fabric is glued to the shaft. It is possible for the fabric to come off the shaft if the roller blind is lowered all the way down. However, the indicated length is always guaranteed. Mounting options: Wall mounting, ceiling mounting, clamping carrier mounting (clamping carriers are sold separately) Please note that the fabric is approx. 2cm narrower than the indicated order width.
