Hello, i've just received this last picture this morning. Unfortunately the main part is totally broken.. i've seen that when i've opened the packing box. What do i have to do to get my money back ? see attached the photos of the picture which is broken despite the packing box is good. Also i saw on colisexpact website that when they received it the first time the packing was a bit opened. I'm sorry to say that but i really need my money back as i've spent a lot of money (product + delivering taxes + custom duties..) and it's broken.. and i've lost my job almost two months ago.. Es sieht wirklich toll aus! Die Haken zum aufhängen sind Hinterbein Bild. Eigentlich schade da ich das Bild gerne andersherum aufgehängt hätte. Das wäre verbesserungsfähig.
