One star is being generous but sadly they dont let you submit without selecting as a minimum one star. The wrong coloured item was sent twice, and they have still not sent the correct item. I ordered the natural and white option not grey and white! Its taken me days to find the right contact information to complain and then their response is to ask me to pay more money to return the incorrect items!
