This was delivered within the projected timescales but the picture itself was very disappointing as it had been smudged with the black paint used around the edge of the board, indicating that at least on this occasion the quality control was inadequate. Less importantly, the rear of the board was marked with a significant amount of the black paint: this seems to suggest that there might have been a less than careful approach to its manufacture on this occasion. The artwork itself appeared to have "softer focus" than that of a very similar piece by the same artist that I bought a few years ago from a well-known high street "partnership". Overall, I was very disappointed in the product but, to give them their due, Wayfair have refunded me in full, so no concerns whatsoever regarding customer service.. C. Poulton-le-fylde, GB.
