Antique stylish clock with mechanical skeleton movement.

Looks very nice on my fireplace mantlepiece. Expensive looking. Quite difficult to tell the time on it if you are not right in front of it and any more than 3-4 feet from it due to the very thin spindly hands. Also don't plan on having any naps in the same room as it as it has quite a loud tick and bell. Easy to set up on my mantlepiece even though it turned out not to be absolutely level and prevented the pendulum swinging freely. It's feet are adjustable and I just had to lower the front ones to level it, stop the pendulum fouling and get it going.. James. Lochgelly, GB. Sat Jun 25 2022

Mechanical table clock in a walnut housing with root wood inlay.

A lovely clock, the wooden case is very well finished and the brass movement looks the part. Was expecting it to be a bit larger, but the dimensions mentioned are correct so no problem.. Anonymous. Mon Jun 11 2018
