The clock is very good, it's a shame we had a problem with the delivery which a day later than estimated, when we used the chat function we had a very long reply involving a 3 day investigation and asking us to choose an alternative in case the clock could not be delivered, thinking we had to wait 3 days to find out if we would get the clock or not we asked for a refund, then the clock came the next day, when we phoned we were told that the delivery was only an estimate, which is fair enough, but my account had not been updated and we were not given a new estimate from the chat line, if the chat line had come back and said "sorry your delivery is late, but I have checked and it should be delivered tomorrow" we would have been happy with that. I will not use the chat function again, also not sure why Wayfair do not give a phone number on the contacts info (unless it is somewhere we have not thought of looking), I found it by using google when we had a previous delivery problem..
