For transparency, the 1‑star review is not regarding the wallpaper. However, this is the only place I can share my experience with potential buyers. I’ve recently had an issue with Wayfair that has left me at a financial loss due to incorrect advice from several customer service agents. Despite following the instructions I was repeatedly assured were correct, I was later told the opposite — and Wayfair has refused to honour the refund I was advised I would receive. While I’m sure they will respond by suggesting it was my mistake, that does not discount the number of times I was misinformed and misled throughout the process. No customer should be left worse off after relying on guidance from a company of this size. So if you choose to buy from here, I genuinely hope you don’t run into any problems, because the aftercare I received has been extremely disappointing.. Chantelle. GB. Tue Sep 22 2026

It looks lovely on the wall. It’s great quality. Colour is really nice. I’m not sure about prepasted paper though. I think I prefer paste the wall. It was quite tricky to get the seams flat and it’s ended up with a lot of air bubbles. Might be my application technique!. Anonymous. Sat Aug 30 2025

So pretty! The fact that all you have to do is brush the back with water and then it sticks to the wall is so much easier than faffing about with paste! Really great quality paper, it has a nice thickness and very slight textured finish to it, which almost makes it feel water proof. The colour is definitely white, although the website image makes it look like it has a blue tint, it does not. Which is good!. Francesca. Kent, GB. Wed May 11 2022

The look of the paper was exactly what I wanted, however somehow I missed the fact that it was a pre-pasted roll. The application was impossible. It dried out before getting to the lower edge trim. The edges didn’t stick and I failed several times. I found a similar grey stripe which was a traditional paste the paper method (much better).. Clare. Devizes, GB. Fri Jan 30 2026

I love the wallpaper now it is on the wall. It is really classy looking and not a lot of wastage for the match. Everything I hoped for and more! However, I would qualify that by saying the first strip we put on was a nightmare. We followed the instructions for it being a pre-pasted wall paper and it was just awful to apply to the wall and get it smooth. I almost thought we were going to have to abandon the whole thing and buy different wallpaper. However we decided to use it as though it was not pre-pasted paper and brush on a thin solution of wallpaper paste, instead of soaking the paper in a trough. Once we did that, the remainder of the paper went on perfectly, and I absolutely love it.. Lucy. Errol, Perthshire, GB. Thu Oct 26 2023
