This is shorter than expected, yet it is true to measurements. Two people put together in about 45 minutes flawlessly. Lots of parts but all was accounted for. It's a nice cabinet, sturdy and well designed. With the toilet too tight to the wall and pipes involved I had to ditch their instructions and work around the toilet. Built the bottom first and the very bottom support board had to go on after the cabinet was in place. With a pipe in the way, that support board could not go where they planned and I had to drill additional holes. Then built the top and it went on last. Left installing the doors until last to minimise the weight of lifting that top piece into place. Accessing the tank will be difficult in the future and the top of the cabinet may have to come off..
