Absolutely shocking! Waited 2 weeks for this curtain and when it arrived it wasn't what I had been sold. Different product including the make. No way it could be thermal as it was so thin it could have floated away on a breath of air. Wayfair your after service was shocking. You really couldn't care less! I got what I needed in NEXT!.
