I am so sorry to say but i am so disappointed with this purchase, i know its nearly two yrs old however it has not been over used, and mainly only used between oct 2022 to april 2023 and then same months from 2023/2024, however in april it started blowing out cold air, i couldnt find my receipt until i stumbled accross the app that i had downloaded and all my information is there, surely its meant to last longer? Its not like it was cheap with a short life expectancy? I would love to hear back from someone
