2 stars are purely for the grey parts of this item. The bottom is a reasonably sturdy unit, could actually be used without the sink if you want as all the surfaces are intact. You will need to cut all the holes for pipes. The tap felt very lightweight and rusted from the inside out within a few weeks. The wooden top is in no way splash proof, if you immediately wipe up a droplet it takes off the wood finish with the water so it's now very scrappy looking and will need re-finishing with something splash proof. The sink has been spray painted white, which is now peeling around the base of the tap to reveal part of a word. Seriously just do not sell this item with the sink and tap - they are tat. And sort out the finish on the wood top.
