Wisser Free Standing Toilet Paper Holder

The item was far too big for the space allocated, so I requested a return. The parcel was delivered by Evri, so naturally assumed Evri would be the return courier. No, that would be too easy, they use DHL for returns. So I printed a label, took the parcel this morning to WHSmith, one of the DHL service points but because I didn’t have a DHL waybill, whatever that maybe, they refused the parcel and said my only option would be a DHL depot, which I don’t have within a reasonable drivable distance. So decided as this seller doesn’t make it easy to return items, best place was in the bin as it was absolutely useless for my requirements and I won’t use this or to be honest, any other company on Wayfair, this is not the first issue I have had with Wayfair sellers. Take note people, check who returns are with, as this was a complete farce.

Does the job but the lid doesn’t fit snugly and you can see a bit of the natural wicker colour through the white.
