Exactly as expected and easy to fit

I have just purchased two of these as replacements for the same holders that I fitted approximately 10 and 6 years ago when I decorated the bathrooms. Both the original holders broke after the thread holding the main toilet roll holder arm to the main horizontal sprocket wore away. Despite lasting 6 and 10 yrs, I think there is a design fault with these as the thread on both roll holder arms are loosely fitted and of poor quality. The new items still have a poor quality thread so I expect both of the new ones to go the same way as the original holders. Apart from that, the chrome finish and general quality of the products are excellent. The fitting instructions are good and clear but the Warranty part does not clearly specify the length of warranty. A poor quality symbol showing "5" infers a 5 year warranty but the Sellers website states a 10 year warranty! If this is the case, I will be retaining my proof of purchase for when I need to replace toilet roll holders again in the future.

Looks good, easy to put on the wall. Quality very impressive.
