Keomi 700mm W 690mm H Surface Medicine Cabinet Mirror Adjustable

The delivery service was very quick and free, but when the mirror labelled 'Glas' arrived today the package was split open from one side to the other incl. both top & bottom ends. The delivery man had trouble holding things together not to lose anything. I was told I cannot refuse delivery, but would have to report it. The delivery man also told me that 'they' know and are aware of this damage - so why did they send it off anyway? I made a note on his mobile device to say it arrived damaged. The package is extremely heavy and should have been better secured (probably by the manufacturers) with a couple of bands, or at least heavy duty tapes around the carton to hold it together. When I ordered on line there was no weight given and I specifically telephoned customer service to ask. I was told the mirror weighs 9 kg, and was assured several times of this. but I am sure it is much, much heavier because I could not lift it at all. I have not yet checked the content for damage, but will wait until Monday when my plumber arrives. Furthermore, now I am worried if my stud wall will be able to hold such a heavy cupboard. The reviews on line were good and had many stars ... it remains to be seen how many stars I'll allocate when I have been able to speak to customer care.

The website was fairly easy to source the product required, ordering process was simple to complete, and the product was delivered a day earlier than expected. I have put the unit together and it meets our expectations in terms of look and quality.

Waiting to open this item to have it fitted. This is the second one I have ordered as the first had broken on travel. Will update review when I have fitted the item.
