For came well packaged .. opened it and I wasn’t expecting it to be so nice … just the right size for my room its so modern … and also the flame affect and heat are so good .. can’t fault it enough thank u

Lovely fire throws out a lot of heat the only disappointment was the switches for the heater are at the back so you have to move the fire all the time,if it’s in a recess .
