Sofia Belfry Heating 59.5 cm W Black Electric Fireplace Insert

I thought it was just what I wanted as it was neat looking, with a remote, which it is but I was disappointed with the 'coal' bed which is solid - no loose coals. Looks better when switched on but even then the flame effect is not much more than adequate.
