The fire was initialy returned as it was damage, however this was swiftly exchanged /replaced with no trouble at all. The fire looks great on situation. While magnets are included to secure the front facia in place, I did purchase additional magnets just to ensure it did not move.

Looks great and quick delivery

It's a good looking design but has a design fault as anyone who requires the electric cable visible on the hearth, this is not for them as the cast iron front does not have a circular recess to take the cable.

Love the fire. Delivery was before the date I was given. Very satisfied with the whole process
