Perfect for my office, setup was easy, and pumps out heat!!

Perfect, just the job to keep our conservatory warm in the winter. Neat, well made, arrived when stated.

At first the oiled filled radiator didnt work. I changed the fuse and searched online for possible faults. It apoears one of the sensors has a ball inside that sometimes get stuck. I gently knocked the side and the radiator and it started working. Hopefully it will be working going forward otherwise I will asking for a refund. When the radiator heated up it was more than sufficient for my garden room which is approx 12m2. Will have to wait a while before I can safely say this product is a perfect addition.

Beware - the instructions say the complete opposite to how the thermostat settings actually work. The segments need to pushed outwards away from the centre of the dial for when you want the heater to be working. Pressed inwards towards the centre of the dial turns the heater off. Doh! You would have thought someone at Wayfair or the manufacturers would have read them to test the heater's operation. I spent 15 minutes checking everything including my trip switches and plug sockets as this issue prevents the heater from even showing the power on! However the heater is now heating the room nicely.
