I, as end customer, had great difficulty initially assembling the structure because one of the tube ends was bent and it was no longer circular in cross section. I was very tempted to just return it to you. After a lot of difficulty I was able to straighten it with metal pliers and use a plastic hammer behind a wooden board to force the other component in it. Once done, the plumber who arrived a week or so later said that it was easy to install.
